Erlandia offers three modes of shared practice: on-demand video programs you walk through at your own pace, live online sessions held together in real time, and retreats where the body needs to be in the room.
The on-demand library is the bulk of what's available right now. Each program is a focused container around a specific terrain — relationships, polarity, leadership, embodiment, meditation. You unlock programs with Magic, you keep what you unlock, and you go through them on your own schedule.

Live work is where momentum compounds. There are scheduled live sessions where members work together — questions, integration, real-time troubleshooting, group field. The sessions aren't recordings; they're now, with people who are also doing the work.
Live sessions are part of the Live container — one of the three containers that make up Erlandia membership.
The body has its own knowing. Some work needs to happen with people in the same room, with land under your feet, with time enough to slow down. That's what retreats are for.
