Foundation

Install the operating system. Three Fundamentals. The first three keys.

If Erlandia is an operating system, Foundation is the install. Three Fundamentals: F1 (Healthy Boundaries), F2 (Container Method), F3 (Communication). Three keys, in that order. Walk this page to see what each one does.

For why the OS gets installed first, see How It Works. This page is about what you install.

The Three Keys

Each Foundation Fundamental gives you a specific capacity — what we call a Key. Three keys; three different things become possible:

F1 · Safety Key

Healthy Boundaries

Replace punishment with protection. Hold tension without getting overwhelmed. Stop trying to change others through pain — start protecting yourself with clarity.

F2 · Model Key

Container Method

Purpose creates containers. Reality organizes around what you're actually trying to do. Once you can see your own mental models, you can update them.

F3 · Feeling Key

Communication

Internal clarity ends self-betrayal. External clarity ends miscommunication. Your feelings become navigation instead of noise.

The three Foundation Fundamentals together unlock self-evolution. With them, you can change yourself on purpose. Without them, you can read every book and still get nowhere.

Where to Start

Everyone starts with F1: Healthy Boundaries. It's required first — the rest of the OS depends on it. F1 is also the most immediately useful: most of the friction in your life is downstream of unclear or absent boundaries, and most of that friction lifts within weeks of installing this one Fundamental.

The fastest way to know where you are right now is the Steering Audit — a short diagnostic that shows where your current setup is sending you off course. Then F1 is the first install.

F2 and F3 follow naturally

Once F1 is in, F2 (Container Method) gives you a way to organize the rest of your life around what you actually want. F3 (Communication) makes the feeling-state navigation that lets you steer in real time. The three together are what people mean when they say someone has their life together — only it stops being a description of someone else and starts being how things actually feel.

Coming soon: dedicated pages for F2 and F3 with the same depth as the F1 page. For now, the curriculum lives in the platform; the pages here on the front-facing site are catching up.

Start with F1

The first install. The Safety Key. The thing every other Fundamental sits on top of.
